WOWE or Women of Walker Edison is an employee resource group that was created in the midst of the 2020 Covid Pandemic. The goal of WOWE is to give women a platform to both empower other women in the workforce and create unity by gathering together. As a woman, I was able to bring my own perspective to the design by striving to be inclusive to all.

The core of WOWE’s branding is in the color palette and type treatment. The palette highlights the diversity of our WOWE community. The Italic text was representative of how we as women can lean on each other for support and wisdom as we navigate the corporate ladder.
